Return Policy for United States Shipments

Return Policy
- Return period : You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
- Condition of Products: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Damaged or incomplete products will not be refunded.
- Ineligible Products: Certain items cannot be returned. These include :
- Sale or promotional items
- Used or damaged items
Return Process
- Return request : Contact our customer service department at contact@celiyanparis.us or via our online contact form to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Label: A return label will be provided in your parcel once your return request has been approved. You may then use this label.
- Return shipment: Securely pack the items to be returned and affix the return label to the package. Drop off the package at a collection point or schedule a pickup according to the instructions provided.
Return shipping costs
- Return costs : For all orders, a €15.90 return fee is payable by the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Refund processing: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
- Product exchange: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an e-mail at contact@celiyanparis.us .
